Sheet metal can be defined as: a comprehensive cold processing process for metal sheet metal (usually less than 6mm), including cutting, punching/cutting/compounding, bending, welding, riveting, stitching, forming (such as automobile body), etc. Its remarkable feature is that the thickness of the same part is the same. Cutting blanking is the first process in sheet metal processing, and the accuracy of blanking directly affects the processing quality of subsequent processes. CNC shearing machine is composed of nc device, servo system, measuring device and machine tool. The servo system consists of three servo motors and servo drive devices. Two servo motors are positioned in front of the machine tool. Usually one main motor works separately. If the hypotenuse is processed, the auxiliary motor works. The CNC system gives two different instructions to form the hypotenuse. After positioning there is a servo motor. The application of nc shearing machine enables the mass repeated blanking to save the marking and alignment process, improve the labor efficiency, and ensure the size of the blanking and the tolerance of the blanking diagonal.
The nc water jet cutting machine completes the processing of complex shape and open hole sheet metal parts. The operator writes the program into the program memory directly through the operation panel of the machine tool. With the increasing maturity of microelectronics and computer technology, the development of China's numerical control technology has been promoted. With the development of CAD/CAM machine technology, the operator can input graphics into the computer's generating program through computer related software and copy them to disk to enter the numerical control system through the disk drive. It can also be input serially by computer and nc system. The application of numerical control water jet cutting machine makes the original complex shape and structure processing simple. The processing of the porous parts is positioned once for cutting and forming, and the cutting precision is high up to + 0.1mm.
